June 2010
I can now call myself an internationally exhibited artist!! I have work in 'Esprit Lingerie' in The Museum of Lace and Fashion in Calais, France. Exhibition runs from June 11th until November 7th. My work will be rubbing shoulders with the likes of Dior!!

November 2009
I am a candidate to become an Academician at the RWA. This is a 3 stage process, and I have reached the final stage. There are 4 other candidates and 4 positions vacant. Present Academicians will view the work of all candidates at the exhibition and will vote for those they wish to be elected. Results will be announced in January.
Update: January 2010
I was unsuccessful. This news has been quite devastating. It is no fun coming last.
I guess they just didn't appreciate my work. Too different for them.
They have told me I can apply again, but must start from scratch at stage 1. Oh, and as I have missed this year's application deadline I must wait until next year. How insulting!!!!
